Enhancements
The below enhancements are new functionality items in this version.
1. Updated Bot Management Page
We are rolling out a few changes to the Bot Management page in order to keep you better organized and focused on improving your bots.
The new design has a split view with all bots that have been published in the left column and all bots still in progress and in Draft status, in the right column.
This new design reduces wasted space and gives an improved overview of your bot campaign.
2. Moved Bot Launch Details
Now the details regarding how each bot is configured to launch on your site are viewable in an expandable drawer on each published Bot card. We will add to this list over time to provide more details in a snapshot view.
3. Added Alerts and Bot Conversation Links to Card Menu
We have added two more links to the menu on each bot card.
- Conversations: This will link to all of the closed conversation sessions for this bot for you to review bot conversations.
- Alerts: This will link to the Alerts configuration page to edit email and real-time browser notifications when a user has seen your bot.
4. New Bots from Templates
If you are having some trouble getting started with your bot, edit one of our templates to model your after some best practices. Selecting the dropdown in the New Bot button will allow you to preview and edit the bot in your account.
Fixed Issues
The below issues are fixed items related to known issues in previous versions.
- Bot Management Page - Engagement metrics reflect all versions of the bot. Previously it was only displaying metrics for the latest published version.
- Real-time browser notifications are now sent for a "Send a Message" node type.
- User list search now works with symbols.
