1. Bot-builder - undo/redo functionality

We've heard lots of feedback from folks that it starts to get difficult to keep track of everything when you build big, advanced bots - and sometimes you make unintentional mistakes that you need to rollback. So we built some basic undo/redo tools so that you can build your bot with confidence knowing that a mistake isn't the end of the world!

Our customers are the most valuable part of our business, so we revamped our billing flows to offer you:

  • more flexibility - pay upfront for the entire year and save up to $1618!
  • more clarity - detailed info on your current subscription plan, what plan you're switching to, when the switch will happen, what you're paying (and will pay), and any discounts included with your subscription!

We've heard feedback that some visitors aren't aware that they need to enter their email in order to schedule a meeting. So we made the required 'email' field much more obvious so that your visitors don't get stuck!

4. Self-service help options in the bot-builder

Ever get confused about what each node should be used for? Now we offer easy links to our awesome documentation at the top of each node in case you ever need it!

5. Bot-builder search tool

We've made a few small enhancements so you can:

  • search for a specific option in a multiple choice node
  • search for specific URL linked to in an external URL node

6. Salesforce troubleshooting

If you ever need the raw logs of what our platform sends to your SFDC instance/integration, ping us at [email protected] and we'll retrieve those logs for you within 24 hours!
