Enhancements
The below enhancements are new functionality items in this version.
1. User Search - Advanced Filtering
Our new advanced filtering tool enables you to take a deep dive into your users. Filter users on:
- What Goals they completed
- What Actions they have taken
- Their profile properties
- Conversations they have engaged with.
Once you have the set of users, you can export them to a CSV or add them to a segment for future follow up.
2. Instabot location customization
Instabot has gone Global! Use additional UI customization controls to white label Instabot even more.
Now you can change the label of the Instabot timestamp to match your brand. By default it will say "Instabot" but if you want to name your bot something more whimsy change it here.
Is English not your target user's primary language? No problem, change the free text input prompt to whichever language you want. Ex. Escriba su respuesta aquí
3. Add GDPR Requirements
To make sure that Instabot is compliant with the EU, we have updated Instabot according to GDPR regulations. If at any point you need to access or delete any user or conversation data, we have made it very easy to send this request and we will follow up with you right away.

4. Preparation for something Big

Fixed Issues
The below issues are fixed items related to known issues in previous versions.
- Improved Storyboard navigation controls:
- Expand/Collapse all nodes
- Use Ctrl+Mouse scroll for vertical scroll
- Search all nodes when expand all is opened and use the Ctrl+F keystroke
- Template node types were using old icons
- Improved performance and response time of Instabot opening on page load
