Enhancements
The below enhancements are new functionality items in this version.
- Updated Usernames for easy analysis
Previously when new users engaged with your bot, their engagement is immediately added to the Instabot User list. Previously these records had some old legacy user names that were unique alpha-numeric strings and were completely unreadable.
Now we updated these default names to be more user friendly and easier to remember. Take a look at your user list to see the changes.
2. Instabot Widget Bot History
Now when users come back to your site for a second or third time, they can view their previous Instabot sessions. This allows users to look back on previous support requests answered or simply review important information previously provided by Instabot.
When a bot that has history is opened, the user can select the "Load History" button to show previous Instabot sessions.
3. Updated General Settings Design
We have completed all UI updates of the settings pages and removed the confusion between Company and Application Settings. Now there is just a General Settings page that gives you all the controls to manage your account.
Fixed Issues
The below issues are fixed items related to known issues in previous versions.
No large fixes with this release, most of the updates were small cosmetic loose ends that you probably didn't notice. Nothing to worry about here!
