Enhancements

The below enhancements are new functionality items in this version.

1. Capture leads from Instabot and sync them into your Oracle Eloqua CRM

Last week was Salesforce, now we support Oracle Eloqua, what will be next? Connect Instabot with your Eloqua account to seamlessly crate leads in your CRM system based on qualifying goals from Instabot.

Simply map the properties collected in Instabot with the Eloqua contact fields and your all set. Once a user completes the configured goal, your CRM will be updated with the lead record and all of the mapped user data.

2048

Combining Instabot and Eloqua allows your sales team to focus on the leads that have already been qualified and eliminate wasted time cleaning your lead list.

2. Updates to On boarding

We added a few tool tips that you will see the first time editing a bot. These are short hints just to get users started.

3. Adjust your subscription type

From the billing page, users can change their subscription plan seamlessly. The next time the plan renews, the updated subscription will go into effect.

4. Publish your bot from any step

Previously users had to go through each step of the bot builder in order to publish. Although this had good intentions, it became a little to much. So we reduced this step from 5 down to 1.

1032

Once your bot is ready to go, simply select "Publish" and confirm your settings. Then your bot is live for the world to see.
