1. Send an email node
Our new "Send an email" node gives you the ability to automatically send an email from your bot.t. See our help article on the "Send an email" node for more information about how this node can enable your bot to provide your visitors a more curated followup experience via email after they interact with your bot.
2. Agency customers - self-service addition of new accounts
For our valued agency customers, you no longer need to email your account team to add and onboard a new customer under your agency. You can now add new accounts to your agency via self-service!
