Does Instabot support NLP and AI?

Yes, it’s supported and Instabot offers up to four different options which may or may not contain NLP and AI.

These four options are:

• A decision-tree-based bot that doesn’t contain AI nor NLP and instead has the bot follow a predetermined flow based on content and options you create on our builder
• A decision-tree-based bot that includes basic NLP nodes: this bot includes AI and NLP managed by the Instabot team
• A decision-tree-based bot that includes Dialog Flow or custom NLP nodes: this bot includes AI and NLP managed by Google or your team
• An AI node backed by your own Knowledge Base: this bot answers visitor questions in natural language, grounded only in content you upload or link (files and/or web pages), using a foundation model such as Claude — see AI Management
