The following video shows how the Bot works when a user enters questions not related to the subject of the intents selected in the NLP node. In this case, the NLP node will categorize the question into the Fallback Intent and will respond with the specific answer set up for it.
As a good practice, you can even add a custom bot goal to track the times when the bot didn’t understand and alert your team to follow up and route the conversation to the right team.
